Client details
JEK Software Support will not pass clients’ details to any other party except where required to do so by law or where necessary to enable JEK Software Support to provide, support and bill for its service(s).
JEK Software support will keep its clients informed by email of improvements to the product and other related services that might be of interest to them.
Client’s data
The service uses normal internet user name and password security to control who can do and see what within the service. JEK Software Support believes that to be sufficient for the intended use of the service. Please note that :

- JEK Software Support does not believe the data to be highly sensitive or of any use to anyone other than the clients themselves.
- JEK Software Support cannot guarantee complete data security because:
- Staff at the data centre(s) where the system is hosted could, in theory, have access to clients' data.
- JEK Software Support cannot be held responsible if users do not safeguard their username and passwords.
- As with all systems, there is a potential risk of hacking and security holes in the system.
