JEK TimeCost is priced for affordability. Access to the online service is via an annual licence. The licence fee is based on the number of users in your organisation:

Up to 20 users - £3.50 per user per month
21st user and above £3.00 per user per month

The fee is payable in annually in advance by cheque or BACS. If you decide to cancel within your licence period, we will refund the unused months. Please contact us for further details.

Our online staff time costing software is FREE for the first month after which the above fees will come into effect.
Invoices for annual fees will be sent out towards the end of the first month and will be based on the number of users in your organisation registered within the application on that date.


Alternative payment arrangements are available for organisations with at least 10 members of staff who would be using our staff time costing software on a regular basis. Please contact us for further details.


For the cost of an annual licence for your organisation we will sell you your own copy of our staff time costing software with a licence to customise it for your own internal use. Please contact us for further details
